Shown on this slide is a chart comparing the typical performance of the original XP-E with the new XP-E2. The flux output for various color temperatures at 85º C is 13-20% brighter for the new XP-E2. The thermal resistance, available color temperatures, typical forward voltage at 85ºC and 350 mA are the same for the new XP-E2. The viewing angle for the XP-E2 is 110º compared with 125º for the original XP-E. The lens radius is also slightly larger for the XP-E2 - 1.53 mm compared with 1.275 mm for the original XP-E2.
