Shown here are the performance characteristics of the XP-G2 and the XP-E2 LEDs. The maximum drive current is 1500 mA for the XP-G2 LED and 1000 mA for the XP-E2 LED. The thermal resistance is 4º C/W for the XP-G2 and 9º C/W for the XP-E2. The viewing angle is 115º and the typical forward voltage at 350 mA and 85º C is 2.8 V for the XP-G2 and the viewing angle is 110º and the typical forward voltage at 350 mA and 85º C is 2.9 V for the XP-E2 LED. Like the other LEDs in the XLamp family, the XP-G2 and XP-E2 are available in ANSI compatible chromaticity bins, have an electrically neutral thermal path, and a symmetric designs. In addition, XP-G2 and XP-E2 are also reflow solderable and RoHS & REACH compliant and available in Cool, Outdoor, Neutral and Warm White.
