Product List
The microswitches used in the design of these joysticks have either an on or off position, and do not have a proportional output such as that found on resistive based joysticks. Image 1 (left) shows that as the lever is moved there is no change in output until, after a few degrees, it will turn the North switch on. Image 2 (middle) shows when the lever is not moved, it is central to the switch, not touching any of them and therefore no contact is made. Image 3 (right) shows the opposite to image 1, as the lever is pulled fully in the opposite direction, the South switch will be activated.
