The AT30TS750 temperature sensor is a superset of AT30TS75. It integrates all features of the TS75 device plus nonvolatile configuration and temperature registers. These registers enable the system to power-up in a known preset configuration and therefore reduce the risk of liability exposure. It is available in the same package styles as the TS75 device.
