Microchip offers two families of highly accurate calibration-free temperature sensors. Both are self-contained solutions that consist of the temperature sensing element, analog-to-digital converter, standard I²C interface and output pin for alarm conditions. While the AT30TS750 family is drop-in compatible to the industry standard LM75 temperature sensor, the AT30TS00 family is JEDEC compliant and ideal for DIMM memory module applications. In addition, these temperature sensors also provide Microchip-only enhanced features such as nonvolatile registers and EEPROM to preset operating conditions and record user data.
