The next family of amplifiers are the driver amplifiers. The ADL5320 and ADL5321 are 1/4W driver amplifiers that offer high performance with low power consumption. The ADL5320 and ADL5321 are externally tuned with only two shunt capacitors to provide maximum flexibility and optimal performance for any application from 400MHz to 2.7GHz and 400MHz to 4GHz respectively. The ADL5322, with a frequency range of 700MHz to 1GHz, and the ADL5323, 1.7GHz to 2.4GHz, are pin-compatible, 1/2W drivers that are internally matched to 50Ω at the input and output. These features make them very easy to use in a space saving 3mm x 3mm package.
