ADI’s entire RF/IF amplifier family is designed for high performance. The RF/IF amplifiers from Analog Devices are optimized for high linearity applications, while being supplied in SOT-89 and small footprint packaging. All amplifiers have an internal active bias, and most amplifiers are internally matched, which further simplifies their ease of use and reduces external component count and board size. Each amplifier is fully characterized across temperature, power supply variations and frequency, and fully specified data sheets are available. The amplifier family was also designed to the highest levels of ESD sensitivity to ensure robustness during high volume manufacturing.
