The last family of RF/IF amplifiers is the gain block family. Analog Devices’ gain block family offers multiple advantages over the competition. The first is broadband operation out to 6GHz, the second being the very high linearity specifications, while maintaining low noise figures and low power consumptions. The 2mm x 3mm and 3mm x 3mm compact LFCSP packaging saves board space, as does the internal matching and active bias circuitry integrated into every gain block. Additionally, the ADL5601 and ADL5602 are offered in the industry standard SOT-89 package for cross-compatibility into existing designs.
