New Product Discoveries - Octavo Systems' System in Package and Nordic Semiconductor's Dev Kit

A System-In-Package from Octavo Systems and a development kit from Nordic Semiconductor make up the products I will be discussing in episode 4 of New Product Discoveries.

The OSD335x family of System-in-Package (SIP) devices is based upon the Texas Instruments Sitara AM335x line of microprocessors. This impressive little device is capable of running Linux. Also by handling the processor/DDR3 interface internally it gives you more time to focus on system features.

The second product that I introduce is a development kit from Nordic Semiconductor based on the NRF52840 SoC. This development kit allows you to get a jump start on development for Bluetooth 5. This is not a limitation, however, as you also have BLE, ANT, 802.15.4 and 2.4 GHz proprietary application development capabilities.
