Additional F1680 key features and analog peripherals include Low-Voltage Detection (LVD) that is user configurable to a low-voltage threshold level from 1.65 V to 3.2 V with a 50 mV resolution. There is also an on-chip temperature sensor that allows the user to measure temperature on the die to an accuracy of roughly ± 7 °C over a range of -40 °C to +105 °C with a ± 1.5 °C accuracy from 20 °C to 30 °C. This sensor is capable of flash recalibration and is a moderately accurate temperature sensor for low-power applications where high accuracy is not required.
