The ICs in microBRICK^® modules feature wide operating voltages. The high side MOSFET is optimized to reduce switching losses while the low side MOSFET is optimized with low ON-resistance to reduce conduction losses and low gate capacitance to improve dV/dt immunity. The inductor uses state-of-the-art technology from Vishay.
