Viking Technology also has an optional two stage test process for assembled DIMMs that may require additional testing. This is the "Enterprise Class DIMM Test on assembled DIMMs", which includes a full functional and parametric test of DIMMs using state of the art Automated Test Equipment or ATE. Voltage Margin Testing is performed to identify DIMMs that are marginal at various voltage levels. Full array coverage and burst length tests are also performed. This optional system test augments the standard enterprise DIMM test flow with additional system screens.
