Shown here are the thermal performance specifications for the SIMPLE SWITCHER® Power Module family. The large exposed DAP allows the heat to dissipate out of the package. The 7 and 11-pin packages are leaders in thermal performance with very low thermal resistance. All of the power modules operate at full load in high ambient temperatures with no airflow or heatsinks.
