Most peripherals required to effectively use a PandaBoard are available from DigiKey. It is recommended to use DigiKey's 5V 993-1019-ND power supply that meets the power needs for this board. For booting and debugging via serial port it is recommended to purchase DB9 M/F Serial Cable (AE1379-ND). The PandaBoard can display output to an HDMI display using a AE10256-ND cable or a DVI-D display using an AE10258-ND cable. A USB keyboard or mouse can be purchased if the user intends to use PandaBoard in a desktop configuration.
