The tutorial previously explained how the DRAM cache and the increased overprovisioning help with sustained performance. It is equally important to offer high endurance, which means that drives can be operated for a long time in the field without need of replacement. Endurance can be measured in TeraByteWritten or Drive Writes per day. As an example, 1.9 drive writes per day for a client workload and 0.47 for the enterprise work load are very good numbers for MLC based SSDs.
