The C8051F91x/0x expands the C8051F93x/2x ultra-low power product portfolio to offer lower memory devices. This new family is fully software and hardware compatible with the C8051F93x/2x, and shares the same 4mm x 4mm footprint when using the 24-QFN option. The main difference between the C8051F91x/0x and C8051F93x/2x is smaller Flash and RAM memory sizes. Also, the C8051F912/902 have several new modes including a brownout detector bypass option, a lower power internal real-time clock and an enhanced ADC mode enabling 12-bit resolution. The C8051F9xx family comes in a variety of packaging including 32-QFN, 32-LQFP, 24-QFN, and 24-QSOP.
