The Si535/536 can serve in several applications such as 10G/40G cloud computing switches, routers and servers. The Si535/536 oscillators effectively provide low jitter timing to the latest 10G PHYs from semiconductor partners such as Broadcom. Storage applications are moving to higher speed serial data links across the backplanes increasing the requirement for lower jitter reference clocks. The Si535/536 perfectly support storage-specific frequencies to meet this need.
