Robotic Sensor Applications

Sensors can be found in many parts of a robot. From external functions such as location detection, object detection, as well as some internal functions that cannot be seen from the outside such as pressure sensing and color sensing. The following slides will talk mainly about ROHM’s Accelerometers, Hall Sensor IC, Pressure Sensor, and various Optical Sensors such as Color, Ambient Light and Proximity Sensors (the ones that are bolded here).
