ROHM’s BM1390GLV is a waterproof (IPx8) pressure sensor that monitors in the range of 300 hecto-Pascal (hPa) to 1300 hPa. It has built in temperature compensation and comes in a stress tolerant small sized 2 x 2 mm ceramic packaging. Low current consumption of only 3 µA allows for longer battery life operation. Some example applications in Robotics could be for altitude detection (drones), or pressure control of suction motors (Robot Vacuum cleaners).
