Displayed here are ROHM Semiconductor’s “Eco”, “Duo” and “RGB” PICOLEDs. PICOLED-Eco are single color LEDs with guaranteed lighting specifications at a low 1 mA forward current. PICOLED-Duo is a red and green LED in a single package. PICOLED-RGB are three color red, green and blue LEDs in a single package and come in two packages; the SMLP34RGB is a 4-pin package with a common anode, while the SMLP36 is a 6-pin package with separate pins for each LED’s anodes and cathodes.
