There are two advantages for the A35P connector’s simple layout. Since there is no specific pin designation for power, the engineer can select any pins to be used as Ground terminals to enhance noise reduction. The freedom of design also allows the user to create as many or as few power terminals as necessary and the flexibility to place them anywhere on the connector.
