The EmStat Pico has three modes: low speed, high speed, and max range mode. In max range mode, the DC-potential range is 2.6 V. The compliance voltage is -2 to +2.3 V, and it can deliver 3 mA of current. There are twelve current ranges available, from 100 nA up to 5 mA. The device is very accurate, with a current accuracy of less than 0.5 percent and a measured current resolution of 0.006 percent of the selected current range. Impedance spectroscopy up to 200 kHz is supported. Data flows out with a speed of up to 1,000 datapoints per second. The EmStat Pico can be battery-powered. Its power consumption during hibernation is around 35 µW.
