Product List
Besides regular MOSFETs, both N-channel and P-channel structures, there are also dual gate MOSFETs. As mentioned previously, these MOSFETs can be used in several applications, such as VCR tuners and TV tuners. There are several configurations on which these dual gate MOSFETs are built on. The first are Dual gate MOSFETs with External Biasing. The benefits of this configuration are that it leaves full design freedom, and it is the right choice for a specific solution. The Dual gate MOSFETs with Internal Biasing, with External Current Setting, are also called the partly integrated bias. The benefits of this configuration are that it reduces component count, and yet it allows for performance fine tuning. Finally, there is the Innovative Internal Bias, which MXP also refers to as the fully internal bias. The benefits of this configuration are that it is an innovative solution with best performance, and ultimately the lowest component count.
