The QN908x is a low power, high performance and highly integrated Bluetooth 5 certified Low Energy solution for Bluetooth Smart applications. This MCU is designed to power the next generation of small, portable connected wireless devices that operate longer on smaller batteries. The QN908x integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F core with BLE 5 compliant radio, link controller, host stack and GATT profiles. The 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F MCU and on-chip memory provide additional signal processing and scope to run applications for a true single-chip BLE solution.
