The advanced BiCMOS LVT and ALVT families include bus-hold as standard. Bus-hold is included as an option in the BiCMOS ABT family as well as the advanced low voltage CMOS families LVC, ALVC and AVC. Many of Nexperia’s 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit products include bus-hold as an option. These include buffers/inverters/drivers, flip-flops, latches/registered drivers, level shifters/translators and transceivers. When bus-hold is included as an option within a family, an H is added after the family name. If bus-hold is standard, no H is used.
