NorComp’s board mount D-Sub connectors are sold in standard and high density styles and are shielded for EMI/RFI (Electromagnetic and Radio Frequency Interference). They are also available with stamped/formed, low cost contacts as well as machined high quality contacts. These board mount connectors are available in various styles (vertical, right angle, surface mount) and are manufactured with nickel shells. Special contact plating can be ordered but requires a minimum order quantity. NorComp connectors are offered with various hardware options. The standard high temperature insulator material used in the NorComp connectors allow for the use of wave solder process, reflow process, and hand soldering for lower volume applications.
