NorComp’s cable mount D-Sub connectors are sold in standard and high density styles and are shielded for EMI/RFI (Electromagnetic and Radio Frequency Interference). They are available with stamped/formed low cost contacts as well as in machined high quality contacts, in all styles except IDC. NorComp connectors are available with two different shell plating options: Tin, for ease of soldering; and Nickel for more corrosive environments. NorComp’s cable mount D-Subs are available in standard 230° material. Because they are cable mount connectors, they are not exposed to high soldering temperatures which allows for lower cost materials to be utilized.
