BISS Loadswitches are the optimal choice for supply line and high side switches for several reasons. First, a very small input current drives high load current. Second, because of the low VCEsaturation in the BISS pass transistor, there is a low voltage drop resulting in high efficiency. Finally, BISS Loadswitches replace expensive P-Channel MOSFETs.
