The BISS Loadswitch family combines Nexperia’s ultra-low VCEsat BISS transistor technology with resistor-equipped transistors for convenience in the same package. The RET transistor is also known in the industry as a pre-biased or Digital Transistor. The next few pages will explain the function and applications of BISS loadswitches.
