Product List
In summary, the Himalaya buck converter family brings synchronous rectification to high-voltage operation and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. All of the devices operate across an input range of 4.5 V to 60 V, eliminating the need for expensive protection circuitry, all support -40°C to 125°C operation, and the family covers output currents from 100 mA to 3.5 A. These highly integrated monolithic synchronous step-down DC/DC converters include both high-side and low-side FETs, internal compensation, and protection circuitry. Synchronous rectification provides high efficiency and reduces heat dissipation, size, and cost dramatically. Analog Devices has engineered a unique combination of intellectual property in process and design to deliver synchronous rectification for high voltage, high current DC-DC converters.
