Product List
To help customers who require AFE designs and face the challenges previously mentioned, Analog Devices chose the sweet spot in performance with a proven 4-channel,16-bit isolated AFE reference design in a small compact form factor. This AFE reference design comprises of the following components; MAX1301 is a four channel 16-bit SAR analog to digital converter (ADC) with programmable and ±16.5 V tolerant inputs to provide flexibility and robustness for common signal level inputs. MAX6126 is an ultra high precision, 1.3 mVp-p ultra low noise voltage reference with 3 ppm/C temperature coefficient for minimal drift, and enhanced accuracy. MAX9632 is a precision operational amplifier with an ultra low 0.94 nV/√Hz input voltage noise for low distortion and high-accuracy. MAX256 is a 3 watt transformer driver with integrated fault protection to provide the +12 V, -12 V, and 5 V power rails from a single 3.3 V supply. MAX14850 is a six channel 600 VRMS digital isolator to isolate the collected data. MAX1659 is an LDO with 16.5 V input and 350 mA drive capability. The four individual channels cover different configurations to address common input signals. The first channel accepts a ±10 V signal and includes the op amp for buffering and a low pass filter. The second channel accepts ±10 V, but without the buffer and filter. The third channel accepts a 4-20 mA current signal and the fourth channel accepts a 0-10 V signal.
