The ISL80101/2/3 family of parts have a number of key specifications. The transient response and AC regulation band is leading the class. The highly accurate onboard reference of ±0.3% initial accuracy and ±1.8% over temperature for all loads and line regulation conditions provides a highly stable input voltage to any application. The DFN package provides very good thermal performance for output currents up to 3A. The parts have enable and power good features, the ability to set the in-rush current limit, and the ability for the user to set the output current limit.
