If hardware availability is an issue to support a customer’s BGA packaged part, then the SAB may be what is needed. The SAB will allow them to program their device in standalone mode and provides a platform for fine pitch parts in the TFBGA100, 180, and 208 packages. The kit includes an RJ45 Ethernet style cable that interfaces with the USB-ICP device. The SAB also includes a set of onboard LEDs for test purposes.
