The QG family integrates NXP’s fastest, lowest power, and most accurate low pin-count 10-bit ADC that doesn’t require separate VDDA/VSSA and VREFH/L (+/- 1.5 LSB typical Total Unadjusted Error); the GB/GT60A ADC specs a +/-1.1LSB, but does require separate VDDA/VSSA and VREFH/L. This same ADC module will be on the AW60 with a typical spec likely to be +/-1LSB, as it has separate VDDA/VSSA and VREFH/L. Though the analog comparator is essentially the same module that appeared on the Rx-family, the QG adds the ability to tie the output of the comparator to either a TPM or to a port pin.
