In summary, as a result of this presentation, users should now have a better understanding when developing ICT and AV products that IEC 62368 will supersede IEC 60950 and IEC 60065 for regulatory certifications. The initial date for the transition in some countries was in late December 2020 and it will be later for other countries. In the continuing efforts to provide power supplies for products, CUI already offers many power supplies with IEC 62368 certification and will continue to offer power supplies with legacy certifications.
