MK-R LEDs are the next generation of price and performance for directional arrays. The MK-R provides up to 1769 lumens (lm) at 85°C in a small 7 x 7 mm footprint and a 6.5 mm optical source. The MK-R LED is up to 88% smaller than chip-on-board LED arrays, enabling excellent center beam candlepower (CBCP) using smaller and more efficient optics. Based on Cree’s revolutionary SC – Cubed technology platform, the XLamp MK-R LED delivers the right combination of lumen-per-watt (lm/W), lumens-per-dollar (lm/$) and optical control to enable 100+ lm/W high lumen directional systems.
