The graph here shows the Normalized Turn-On Time vs. Ambient Temperature. Note that Turn On time will trend faster when the SSR is cooler and slower when warmer, relative to 25°C and input conditions of IF = 10 mA at 5 V. The trend line should be noted when operating the device at higher temperatures and input drive conditions must be calculated to keep the switch time within desired parameters. Most events of unsatisfactory behavior of SSRs are due to overlooking input drive conditions, including minimum turn-on timing and currents.
