The model PWR263S-20 is a thick film resistor packaged in a D2PAK package. The D2PAK is familiar to power electronic engineers for housing semiconductors such as MOSFETs and diodes. The PWR263S-20 is rated to carry 20W of continuous power and consists of a planar resistor element mounted on a metal backplate with the entire assembly fully-sealed in an epoxy housing. There are 29 standard resistor values currently available with other values available upon request.
