DIP Coded Rotary Switch Slide 4

Both DIP Coded Rotary switches and traditional DIP switches can be used in PCB setting, and both have their benefits. Although traditional DIP switches are typically less costly, they normally consume more time in respect to soldering and setting, and require more board space, whereas DIP Coded Rotary switches have fewer terminals to be soldered, only need to be set once, and take up minimal PCB space.
