This table provides examples of typical circuits for measuring the various timing situations and their associated timing characteristics. Ton/Toff time is defined as the time required to connect/disconnect the input to output, measured with respect to digital input control signal (gate control). T-break-before-make is the elapsed time between the opening of one switch channel and the closing of another switch channel.
