Thermal Management


Thermal Management ICs are a semiconductor device that controls the power in a circuit based on temperature. The function of these ICs are Fan Control, Hardware Monitor, Temp Monitoring System, Thermal Monitor, Thermocouple Amplifier, Thermocouple Conditioner, and a Thermometer – Thermostat.
