Infineon Technologies offers their CYW20719 wireless microcontroller. This ultra-low-power dual-mode Bluetooth 5.0-compliant device is ideal for a variety of IoT applications including wearables and fitness bands, home automation, blood pressure and other medical devices, and more. Then first try out the associated evaluation kit, which is designed for prototyping IoT applications using the CYW20719 device as well as on-board sensors and other peripherals. The microcontroller and its eval kit are supported in WICED Studio 6.1, and later, which provides application programming interfaces, code snippets, and demo applications to accelerate the development process. The microcontroller features an integrated Arm Cortex-M4 microcontroller unit, 1 megabyte of Flash, 512 kilobytes of RAM, and 2 megabytes of ROM.
