The AC series is automotive grade, thick film chip resistor, covering sizes from 0201 to 2512, (wide terminal available) with ±0.5%, ±1% and ±5% tolerances. For sizes 0402 to 1206, high precision products with TCR 50 ppm is available. The resistance range is from 1 Ω to 22 MΩ at an operating temperature range of -55°C to 155°C. The AC series is manufactured with enhanced material and pattern design with a special process control including narrow spec and capability of precision and accuracy, or Cpk, monitor. With 100% automated optical inspection, or AOI, to ensure alignment quality between layers and to eliminate cosmetic defects, the AC series is AEC-Q200 qualified and PPAP data is ready for automotive customer certification.
