Automotive grade thin film chip resistor, the AT series, covers sizes from 0402 to 1206, with ±0.1%, ±0.25%,  ±0.5% and ±1% tolerances. The resistance range is from 10 Ω to 1 MΩ at an operating temperature range of -55°C to 155°C. The AT series is manufactured with robust product design for high temperature and high humidity environments and with 100% AOI for elimination of early failures. The AT series structure is silver (Ag) free, so it features a perfect anti-sulfuration capability. The AT series is AEC-Q200 qualified and PPAP data is ready for automotive customer certification.
