The configuration layer is comprised of two pieces, the element definitions and the sensor definitions. Different implementations require different definitions in the configuration files. The element structure defines the IO. The PinOsc definition is relatively simple since all that users need to identify is the port and the bit. With the comparator implementations the port and bit definitions are replaced with the comparator input mux definitions. As was seen in first and second demonstrations, these structures have already been defined for the booster pack.
