PGA308/309 Overview Slide 4

Bridge sensors can measure pressure, humidity, acceleration, torque, and many other parameters. They function by adjusting one or more elements in the four resistor configuration shown here. The output of these commonly-found circuits is typically a low level voltage (in the mV range) and may contain non-ideal characteristics such as temperature drift and non-linearity. The PGA308 and PGA309 are uniquely suited to accompany these sensors because of their gain, offset, drift, and linearity adjustment ability.
