The W54 series thermal circuit breaker is similar to the single-pole, push-to-reset W58, but the W54 is a newer, more cost-efficient breaker that is slightly smaller. W54 is available in ratings from 3 amps through 40 amps, and can operate up to 50 volts DC or 250 volts AC. It mounts via threaded bushing or a special-order snap-in bezel. It is offered with quick-connect terminals, screw terminals or special order PC terminals. W54 breakers up through 30 amps are UL recognized for the U.S.A. and Canada, models up through 20 amps are VDE approved, and all carry CCC certification.
