TE Connectivity’s in-line Nickel-plated sealed crimp splices are designed for 200°C applications. There is a growing need for high temperature applications in the aerospace, defense, and marine industries. These splices consist of a Nickel-plated copper crimp barrel and a separate, heat shrinkable, transparent sealing sleeve. They are one of the smallest, lightest, and the most environment-resistant splices available. These splices meet or exceed all requirements of a modified 200°C SAE-AS81824/1 specification.
