H48-2K  is a silicone-based thermal interface material from T-Global which has a thermal conductivity of 1.8 W/m.k and is available in very thin sheets, die cuts, or on rolls. The 0.1 mm thick product offers excellent thermal performance and allows the product to be used in a number of demanding thermal applications. The 0.1 mm product is one of the thinnest commercially available gap fillers in the marketplace.
