STM32 Cortex-M3 32-bit Microcontrollers Slide 8

The high performance available with the STM32 family does not mean compromising power consumption. In run mode, this MCU consumes as low as 27 mA at 72 MHz. During stop mode, power consumption is below 20 µA with all clocks off, reset and RAM on, and preserving the register contents. In standby modes the RAM is off but there are up to 84 Bytes of backup data preserved. In standby mode with the real-time clock (RTC) off, only 2 µA are consumed. The real-time clock consumes are mere 1.4 µA while running from a battery.
